Verify & Password Reset Instructions
To purchase a Confirmation of Status, you'll need to verify your account. Follow the steps below under Account Information to proceed.
- Complete the following fields:
- P Number
- Birth Date
- County where you were sworn in
- Click the blue "Get Verification Code" button.
- A verification code will automatically populate.
- Please enter a new password and confirm it.
- Click the green "Reset" button.
- Click the white "Login Here" button.
- This will take you to the login page where you can use your new password.
After logging in, you will be taken to the SBM store, where you can purchase your Confirmation of Status.
